Terms and Conditions as of September 2008

Cancellations
In case of cancellation prior to the start of your journey, please let us
know in writing in order to enable us to inform the hotels accordingly.
Cancelation Fees
- Full reimbursement of your paid travel funds in case of cancelation 100- 40 days before departure date with deduction of a service charge of € 20.00 per person
- 39-30 days before departure date: 10% of the total travel costs
- 29-15 days before departure: 30% of the total travel costs
- 14-8 days before departure: 50% of the total travel costs
- 7-0 days before departure 90% of the total travel costs
- In case of no-show without prior cancelation: 100% of the total travel costs
Payment
The trip price confirmed to you by us is to be paid 14 days before the
journey or cash at arrival (cash payment only optional for offers in
Northern Thailand), either in Euro or Baht at the respective rate on the
day of payment.
Transfer to our bank account in Thailand or per PAYPAL: For packages, a
down-payment of 20 % is required. Packages and hotels in the south and in
Bangkok must be fully paid before arrival. Payment by bank transfer or via
PAYPAL (+ 4 % extra charge).
Insurance
The travel price of all Feel Good Travel trips does not include any
personal insurances! Please clarify, if your health and accident
insurances provide sufficient coverage for the countries concerned. It is
recommended that you effect a baggage insurance as well.
Complaints and Reclamations
Complaints and Reclamations must be directly submitted to Feel Good Travel
on site. All reclamations, complaints or claims after the trip can only be
considered in exceptional cases and only within 30 days after conclusion
of the trip
Disclaimer of Liability
Feel Good Travel is not liable for changes in the travel program arising
from weather conditions, regulatory actions, strikes, wars, delays of
third parties, vehicle breakdowns, etc.
Price Alterations
In case of significant changes of the exchange rates or increase of
transportation costs, we reserve the right to amend the trip price
accordingly. In such case, we will inform you in a timely manner. Hence,
the indicated prices are without warranty.
Cancelation by Feel Good Travel
Feel Good Travel can cancel group tours, if the indicated minimum
attendance is not achieved. In such case, the trip price is reimbursed.
